This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the mobile application "Vizhuthukal" (also listed as "விழுதுகள்: விவசாய சந்தை") (the "App"), developed and operated by Kaniyarasu D (under the organization LEVERET TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED), collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users.

By downloading or using the "Vizhuthukal" app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several different types of information to provide and improve our Service to you:

A. Personal Data (For Account Creation)

While using our App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, including:

• Phone Number (Used for authentication via Supabase)
• Full Name (Used to display on your listings)

B. Location Data (For Weather & Local Listings)

We may request access to your device's location. We use this data to:

• Provide accurate, localized weather information for your area.
• Show you marketplace listings that are nearest to your current location ("Fresh in [City]").

You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at any time through your device settings.

C. Photo & Camera Data (For Marketplace Listings)

In order to post an advertisement (sell an item), the App requires access to your device's camera and photo gallery. This allows you to upload images of the livestock or machinery you wish to sell. These images are stored securely and are displayed publicly on the marketplace.

2. How We Use Your Information

Vizhuthukal uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service.
• To notify you about changes to our Service.
• To allow you to participate in interactive features (buying and selling).
• To provide customer care and support.
• To monitor the usage of the Service to detect and prevent technical issues.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using **Supabase**, a third-party backend-as-a-service provider. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Your Data Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data (including your listings and personal info), please contact us using the information below, or use the "Delete Account" option found within the App's settings menu.
